You'll learn how the body's stress response influences movement and leave with a practical 4-step activity designed to help you begin resetting your system and moving better.

MEET THE PRESENTER:

Tanya Mouland

Tanya Mouland is a Therapeutic Movement and NeuroDevelopment Coach. She’s a licensed consultant and instructor in Brain Gym®, Educational Kinesthetics, Rhythmic Movement Training, and trained in Touch for Health and NKT (level 1).

She has helped clients:

Eliminate chronic pain and heal from injuries

Enhance cognitive skills such as improving memory and decreasing brain fog

Overcome traumatic experiences

Regain mobility, enhance balance and coordination (M.S., stroke, Parkinson’s, hearing loss)

Increase overall sense of well-being and comfort in the body to get back to living fully
